Simran Ahuja is a customer journey and growth strategist who works with consumer brands to improve conversion, retention, and long-term value. Her work focuses on fixing where growth breaks — across how customers discover, decide, buy, and return — by designing journeys as connected systems rather than isolated touchpoints.
With a background spanning technology, strategy consulting, and hands-on execution, Simran brings together customer empathy, data, and systems thinking. She partners closely with founders and leadership teams to cut through complexity, align teams around the customer journey, and ensure that strategy translates into real, measurable impact.
